• Investment Analysis: Based in the world's financial capital, Lodging Advisors often evaluates hotels in light of their investment potential. This typically means evaluating the asset's prospective profitability, estimating its cost or value, and calculating the resultant yield to ownership. A financial model is provided.
• Development Support: Product positioning analysis, preliminary facility programming and plan evaluation, and hotel-specific cost estimates including FF&E, OS&E, and pre-opening budgets.
• Asset Oversight: Lodging Advisors has served as an owner's representative for a number of nationally branded hotels.
• Valuation: Unbiased real estate appraisals. Sean Hennessey is a publicly certified real estate appraiser and a MAI member of the Appraisal Institute.
